July 4th Fireworks Over The Bay

Celebrate America's birthday with a spectacular 20-minute fireworks display in downtown St. Augustine! Bring your chair or a blanket and enjoy live music in the Plaza de la Constitution. Grab a quick bite to eat and set up on the Historic Bayfront to get the best view of the fireworks.

- When: Monday, July 4, 20223 from 6:00pm-10:00pm. Concert from 6:00pm-8:00pm, fireworks begin at 9:30pm. Road closures from 8:30-10:30pm.
- Where: St. Augustine's historic district. Some of the best vantage points are on the Bridge of Lions and at the Castillo de San Marcos.
Admission: Free
Parking: Parking in city-owned lots and on-street is FREE on July 4th. There will be no shuttle service to or from the parking lot of the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument from 8:00pm-11:00pm on July 4. Street parking will be limited in the vicinity of the Plaza to facilitate traffic detours in the evening. The bayfront road and South Castillo Drive will be closed from 8:30pm-10:30pm to accommodate this event. The Bridge of Lions will be closed to both boat and vehicle traffic. Everyone attending should find their parking area prior to 8:30 p.m., when the traffic rerouting begins. The downtown parking garage at the Visitors Information Center offers all-day parking for $15 per vehicle.
